House of Grips Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority.  We strive to provide excellence in our products, therefore we offer a thirty (30) days refund or replacement policy.  Product must be returned in the same condition that you received it, postage pre-paid with original packaging and any accessories or components   

Grips made from Stabilized Buckeye Burl, AAA Cocobolo and mammoth ivory are an exception to the above policy.  Stabilized Buckeye Burl, AAA Cocobolo and mammoth ivory are unique “one-off” creations and therefore cannot be exchanged for an exact replacement.  Please make sure your grips fit to your firearm correctly before tightening screws or hand forcing.  Stabilized Buckeye Burl, AAA Cocobolo and mammoth ivory grips that have scratches, cracks, stains or other artifacts not caused by manufacturing cannot be refunded.  If a customer is not satisfied with the appearance or asthetics, grips can be exchanged for a similar priced set, if available.  Any Stabilized Buckeye Burl, AAA Cocobolo and mammoth ivory grips that arrive to the customer with a manufacturing defect can be refunded or replaced.
